Background
All of the Pizza Hut Home Service restaurants across the UK used a unique telephone number for taking customer orders. As a result marketing potential was difficult to realise, a "call to action" of one single number could not be used. Simply switching to a single national number was not a straightforward option as customer calls had to be received by the individual stores. Calls from mobile phones or offices had to be handled in different ways and data from calls needed to be linked with existing IT systems.
Issue

Solution
