Contracts of employment and employee handbooks
Company employment policies and procedures
Induction and training processes
Red22 then continued to support the company by providing a human resources advice line for line management guidance and support.
All procedures were improved and streamlined resulting in improved in-house personal standards and reduced head office time spent on human resources issues.
