The issue

In an increasingly competitive market, Orchard Care Homes recognised the need for high quality staff with robust contracts and accurate job specifications who were aware and adhered to company values and procedures.

The approach

Red22 were asked to provide support to the stretched in-house human resources function to devise and deliver new systems to achieve the above.

Solution

Red22 devised and implemented:

•  Bespoke recruitment and assessment processes to enable effective management of volume recruitment

•  Job definitions for all roles within the care home

•  Contracts of employment and employee handbooks

•  Company employment policies and procedures

•  Induction and training processes

•  Redundancy processes

Red22 then continued to support the company by providing a human resources advice line for line management guidance and support.

Result
